I would advise anyone against ever using this company for cleaning.
Charging money for the absolute rubbish work they do is bordering on a scam. They did an awful job and were rude about it.
I’ve always done my own end of lease cleaning and never had an issue getting my bond back. This time I was heavily pregnant so we hired a cleaner. It ended up way more stressful that if I’d just done the cleaning myself.
Problems:
- charged extra money for oven and shower to be cleaned with chemicals, but they didn’t use any (I proved this by using a cheap shower cleaner from Coles)
- I had to get them back 3x and gave up in the end and had to clean the shower and a few other things myself
- had to physically show the cleaner how to scrub the shower screen, it was obvious she had no idea what she was doing
- they didn’t do basic things like dusting, wiping window sills, wiping in cupboards.. it would be quicker to list the things they DID do (i.e. quick vacuum and wipe the benches with a wet rag)
- When I spoke to the guy who organised the cleaner he told me they “can’t keep coming back to the house”, I suggested he do it properly in the first place then!!
Turned me off ever hiring a cleaner again. Save yourself the stress and do it yourself, or at least hold onto payment until the real estate has passed inspection. Agh!!
